Flightremedy is a flight compensation claims service operated by FLIGHTREMEDY (Pty) Ltd. Customers transfer (cede) their compensation claims under EU Regulation EC 261/2004 or UK Regulation 261/2004 (UK261) to Flightremedy, which pursues them in its own name. Where a claim is pursued in the customer's name under our fallback authority, the same terms apply. Our fee is 30% of the compensation recovered, charged only on success.
